Amazing! Clean. Good lay out! A great amount of washers and dryers. Vending machines for soaps and other items. I love the card system so I don't carry around change! Will be back definitely!

I haven’t had to use a laundry center often but out of the ones I have gone to this is by far THE MOST clean facility. The employees are always walking around cleaning and picking up any trash on the floors. Very helpful; awesome customer service! The machines are clean and decently priced. Highly recommend

Was there 745-9pm Saturday night. Card Machine was giving me a hard time and new girl couldn't help or find her manager. She also couldn't let me into the bathroom because she STILL couldn't find Manager. She was very sweet and tried to help but did not have tools she needed.Never saw the manager the whole time I was there. Who leaves a new employee alone like that?!We had a few drops of water drop on us from ceiling. A/c dripping maybe?And the sign hanging there is poor grammar. Should read "damaged."Meh. First time during day on Tues was good but the weekend crew needs help.Update: been back. Sign is fixed. Customer service is better.

My only complaint is it needs to be bigger but not worth dropping a star for that. The dryers dry well, washers are new and clean.

We went on a Sunday afrtenoon and at first I was a bit confused on how everything worked. The guy working stopped what he was doing to come and ask us if we needed help. So he came to explain how it works, which was great and it showed how attentive he was with the customers. The machines were well priced in my opinion and we loaded 1 big dryer with the 4 loads we had, including towels, and it all dried the 1 time we paid for the dryer. That was awesome because usually in other laundry mats, I feel like we stay there like the whole day! But not here, that made me very happy. Also, there is plenty of folding tables and places to sit while you wait. It would be nice to have like a sink out on the floor, so there is no need to ask for the bathroom to be opened in order to wash your hands. The bathroom was super clean and cute. I loved how it was decorated. I'm not sure if its meant to be public, but if it is, I'm very well pleased to say that it was very clean. There is also a vending machine in there with prices that aren't to bad. Oh and i almost forgot to mention that there is a bill changing machine in there too!

Dryers work surprisingly well for a laundromat. The initial 20 minute cycle has been enough to dry all of my clothes no matter what temperature setting, or what my load size had been! 👌🏻 The TV's are always playing something relevant - typically a game if one is on. Haven't spoken much to the employees, but sometimes I prefer to just get in my zone and work on my laundry. Owners seemed friendly and nice, I saw them both working one night while I was there. My only complaint would be I wish they were open 24 hours. 🌊💙

Seriously the best laundromat ever. Every time I go the staff are so incredibly helpful and friendly. Many times they’ve helped me carry my baskets to and from my car without me even asking! The facilities are always clean and the machines are fast so I’m in and out. No longer dreading laundry day when I go here!

I'm blown away !! This place beyond awesome. It took 1 hour and 10 minutes from start to finish. 3 big blankets 1 dryer they were ALL dry in 20 minutes ! I had another load same results. Super friendly staff !!!

Great place. Lots of machines and dryers and they are all in working order. Staff does a great job with keeping the floors clean, wiping down and disinfecting the folding tables. Someone is always around to offer assistance If you need it.

It's very clean the machines are new and digital. You have to buy a new card for you first time that is .50 it has washers different sizes 20lbs,30,50&60 lb washers. It was cool inside and has tv and fans I would definitely do laundry again here ☺️

I LOVE this new laundromat!! Its close and convenient and the staff goes above and beyond! They are constantly cleaning the machines, floor, and restrooms. My clothes come out really feeling clean, not just smelling clean! All of the washing machines have a "sanitize" function, which I use every time, just so I have peace of mind when washing my clothes. The staff is more than willing to show you this feature also. Did I mention fast? I finished 4 loads in 50 minutes (all folded too!)Very competitive prices as well! The washers and dryers are approx 10-15 mins each (depending on temp selection) and the the machines will notify you when they're done!! Pretty neat huh? You will also get re-loadable card for the machines so you dont have all those quarters to haul around or try and make change for. And if you lose it, they will replace it free of charge, as long as you linked your name and number to it when you initially got it. All around....great experience!! WaveMax, you guys nailed it!!

Hopefully I won't need to use a laundromat again, but if I do I will definitely come back here. The facility is clean and the machines are modern and extremely efficient. Having attendants/staff made me feel comfortable and safe by myself.

Such a beautiful laundromat & excellent customer service! The attendant was friendly, helpful and kept a smile the entire time we were there. He was constantly cleaning and sanitizing everything. Even though it was a warm day we weren’t sweating and uncomfortable. Everything about this facility is comfortable & made laundry enjoyable. Free wi-fi, the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever used at a laundromat & our clothes got MUCH cleaner than they do in our home machine. I am so glad that Wavemax opened & we came to check them out. I hope that they maintain this level of awesome for years to come & we’ll definitely be loyal repeat customers! Plus the rates for their wash & fold service are reasonable so I’ll be giving that a test drive one day soon as well.

The staff was awesome. I took a ton of clothes to the location on 32nd street and Greenway on Sunday 5/23 and they sent a text early on Monday 5/24 stating that everything was done. They washed, dried, and folded all of my clothes. This will be my new weekly spot for laundry.

I travel to Phoenix often for work. I always had my laundry done at the hotel but needing expedited service, so I traveled out of my zone and did my own laundry at Wavemax. I couldn't believe how clean and sanitary this location is! The homeless were not loitering around so I felt safe and also caught up on all my emails!!! My trips to Phoenix will include a trip to Wavemax, so much more efficient than what I expected.

This laundromat is fantastic! Very clean, amazing environment and certainly very friendly staffing! They have absolutely everything you will need and more, plus they even have WiFi and TV while you wait. I will definitely be returning in future and would recommend to absolutely anyone. Call me spoiled, but I am a busy man. So, I tried their drop off laundry service. I picked it up the same day in the evening and all I can say - wow! Folded, squeaky clean, smelled great. Price was reasonable and to sweeten the deal, I got 20% off as the first time customer! I am hooked. Will definitely use again.

They have all new washers and dryers and they are open 7am till 10pm every day! This place is really nice and they have everything you need right there ... washing soap, softener, stain remover, and more. Their vending machines have a variety of yummy snacks, my kids were pleased. Oh, and they have 3 large TVs and free wifi. Just awesome, our new favorite place for our family wash!. We are recommending this place to everyone.

Great place to wash clothes. Extremely clean, new machines, friendly environment! The washers and dryers work very well. Hands down the best laundry mat experience I've had in years! The staff member Joe was very helpful has outstanding customer service as well as knowledgeable in terms of which washer and dryer to use based on the amount of clothes you have. He literally saved me about $10 by advising me on what washer and dryer would be best for the amount of money and clothes I had. I am a lifetime member here now! Would highly recommend this place to everyone! 👍👍👍
